I have a couple of these and they have worked flawlessly. However I have one now that is showing a status of “running” in the eve app and “stopping” in the home app. Even if I switch it on and off it never gets to a status of off. I think it’s just a status issue as I have had someone go by the house to check that it is not actually running. This is installed in a second home. I recently upgraded the firmware. So I’m guessing it’s going to require a reset. Any suggestions as to how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
