I have purchased two Eve Plugs and they were working perfectly until my internet stopped working as virgin media were working in the area, they were both unresponsive when the internet went down, I deleted them and tried to reinstall using the matter codes but that didn’t work. I have done a factory reset on both plugs and tried to reinstall the matter code on the pluhs but it won’t add them. Do I now need two new matter codes?
