I have installed 2x EVE Outdoor Cam, with the latest firmware 1.01(40). Also using the latest Telstra Gen 3 NBN modem. Kindly explain the timer “Now, 1s, 2s… sometimes upto 42s, then Now”. I also have a video recorded when someone visited us with the video missing few steps. Is it when it is counting no video is recorded? Are it collects on local memory when the counting is on and then uploads to icloud 24/7 or only when there is an event? Kindly help to avoid missing frames.
